I'm Holly Garber, a business and career coach based in Sydney's Eastern Suburbs.

I spent 15 years building and running Golightly PR, working with brands like ASOS, Allbirds, camilla and marc, and Levi's. I know what it takes to build a service business from the ground up, scale it, lead a team, and navigate the hard moments that come with it all.

I hold an Executive MBA in Entrepreneurship from UTS. But more than credentials, what I bring is real experience and a genuine commitment to helping you build work that lasts.

  • 3 × 1-hour sessions at $400 + GST per session

6-Month Business Program

A structured, end-to-end program for business owners ready to do the deep work. We cover values and vision, business model, brand and marketing, finances, and systems — finishing with a tailored strategic plan for the next 12 months.
