I'm Holly Garber, a business and career coach based in Sydney's Eastern Suburbs.

I spent 15 years building and running Golightly PR, working with brands like ASOS, Ganni, camilla and marc and Levi's.

I know what it takes to build a service business from the ground up, scale it, lead a team, and navigate the hard moments that come with it all.

When I closed Golightly in 2020, I realised I could channel everything I'd learned, across 50+ brands, dozens of individuals, and years of leading teams, into coaching. I completed an Executive MBA in Entrepreneurship at UTS and began working with business owners and professionals who were ready to build something better.

6-Month Business Program

A structured, end-to-end program for business owners ready to do the deep work. We cover values and vision, business model, brand and marketing, finances and processes, finishing with a tailored strategic plan for the next 12 months.
